At the beginning of 2015, YouGov discovered that two thirds (63%) of Britons planned to make New Year’s resolutions. Of that percentage, a further 36% of women and 30% of men planned to get fitter for the New Year. Understandably, as we ring in the New Year we all take on the ‘new year, new me’ approach, it’s been found that only 8% of those who set goals abide by these through the course of the New Year.
