Year planners and magnetic photographs

Get ready for the months ahead

With 2014 fast approaching, it’s a good time to make sure your workplace has a new yearly planner.  For example, if you want a wall planner that can handle lots of data, check out the Exacompta Perpetual Year Planner.

The Exacompta looks like it escaped from Nasa and sounds like an Incan astronomer’s relic.  It’s a drywipe planner that comes with 120 drywipe magnets in several different colours.  This gives you a lot of flexibility in how you present information.  If you’re tracking multiple projects, you can write their names on each magnet and even colour code them to show how things are progressing: green is fine, yellow is in danger and red means late.

If you’re looking for something a bit simpler, then perhaps a Sasco 2014 year planner would suit your needs.  Depending on the type, the planners have laminated ‘write-on, wipe-off’ surfaces and are available in mounted and unmounted versions.  What’s more, at the time of writing, people that buy special Sasco 2014 year planners qualify for a free portrait session, available at Barret & Coe photography studios through the UK and ROI.

Personally I’d use the session for friends and relatives, but it might be fun to get one for your ‘office family’.

Say cheese!
