Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering a photo and/or video in the Euroffice’s ‘Ready for Rio’ competition you are confirming the following:
1 – I am sending you my photograph and/or video which I am happy for Euroffice (and its advertising, promotion and other agencies) to use in its advertising, marketing, publicity or promotional materials. I therefore grant you a worldwide licence to the use of my photo and/or video and all personal details entered;
2 – I am over 18;
3 – I am the owner of the photo and/or video and am able to grant this licence to use it;
4 – I am giving permission on behalf of myself and any others who are seen in the photo and/or video and I confirm that they agree to this licence;
6 – This permission covers all forms of use including without limit television, print, online (including Euroffice’s website and social channels), newspapers, magazines, digital and social media and all other forms of media now and in the future anywhere in the world;
7 – The licence is irrevocable and the period of usage is unlimited;
8 – Use of the photo and/or video will not infringe any rights (such as intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or data protection) belonging to others;
9 – The photo and/or video is original and is not a copy of anyone else’s work;
10 – I agree that this licence is royalty-free;
11 – If requested by Euroffice, I will sign (and arrange for the others in the photo to sign) any documents to confirm the above;
12 – I hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold Euroffice harmless from and against any and all losses, and all claims by third parties, resulting from your breach of any of the these terms and conditions;
13 – The details I have submitted are true;
14 – English law applies.
Photo and Video Terms and Conditions:
By entering your photo and/or video for your chance to win a money prize you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Notification of photos and/or video to be used: Finalists, and later the winner, will be notified by email. All entrants must ensure they provide a valid email address and must be contactable on the same email address used for entry.

Euroffice will not be responsible for the non-receipt of any entry and cannot be held liable for entries which are lost or not received or which cannot be sent due to technical or service issues or for any other reason. Proof of submitting an entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt by Euroffice.

As entries may be displayed in marketing material which will be in the public domain entrants must ensure that only suitable material is uploaded. Entries must not contain any material which is defamatory of any person, or is obscene, offensive, discriminatory, illegal, hateful or inflammatory; be threatening, abusive or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety; or be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person. Euroffice reserves the right to refuse any entry which it considers contravenes these provisions or for any other reason at its absolute discretion.

Euroffice reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, or to withdraw the competition altogether at its discretion.

Euroffice’s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this competition and no correspondence will be entered into. Euroffice accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for entrants participating in this competition.
